Restaurants opening with the parks

Photo credit: Christina Hall Written by: James Williams We have more and more news coming out of Disney! Late Monday evening, after we all had that crazy crazy day, Disney released the list of restaurants that will be opening with the parks. As always, remember that this list can change and we will update you as it does.  Something we noticed immediately is that Be Our Guest does not have the breakfast option! Now, if you know us, you know we love BOG for a pre-park opening breakfast(PPO)!  If you are wondering what restaurants will be available in the resorts, we’ve got you covered in our article  Resort Restaurants Re-opening Update on June 29, Oga’s Cantina has been removed from the original list. I would assume this has to do with bars being closed in Florida for the time being.  Update on June 30, Garden Grill will have modified character experiences although we are not 100% sure what these will be like we do predict it will be similar to what we are seeing at Topolino’s Terrace.

Most people have only been able to get two or three parks reserved as of now. As you can see above, we are getting different screens although I have been kicked back out and staring at the pink castle again(takes me back to my first Disney trip for the 25th anniversary).  What’s your status?  9:45 EDT I have personally been able to make it to the Space Mountain screen with a countdown! It started at 10 minutes then up to 15 but has counted down to 11 at this time!!! I can confirm that people are having luck getting in and making their reservations though! Reports are that it is really simple once you are in!  8:55 EDT Reports from Magic of Mickey Travel Agents are coming in... and it’s positiv

Rider Switch

Written by: James Williams     Unfortunately, there are times that a guest may not be able to or want to ride a ride while others in the group do.  That's no problem because Disney has put in the "Rider Switch System" to make it easier for everyone to do the attractions they want.        Rider Switch is such a great tool if you have guests that may be too short, or maybe the ride is just a little too intimidating for them.  Please keep in mind that height requirements are put into place for the safety of the guest! If you are looking for a list of these requirements, check out our  Height Requirement  article. If a child does not meet the height requirement or a Guest does not wish to board a particular attraction, no problem! With Rider Switch, one adult can wait with the non-rider (or riders) while the rest of the party enjoys the attraction. When the other adult returns, they can supervise the non-riding Guests, and the waiting adult can board the attraction without ha
